I never thought I’d make c-suite. When I did I was hit with self doubt and imposter syndrome. Can I do this? Do I have the skills? When will they find me out?I needed support. I wanted a community of commercial minds where we could create deep, meaningful relationships to support each other through our journeys.I didn’t want to get lost in a network of thousands of disjointed members who interacted through superficial courses, seminars and newsletters. And I didn’t want to break the bank doing it.I wanted something better. What I wanted didn’t exist, so I started cmrcial.

I joined cmrcial because I wanted inspiration around what sales leaders were doing to grow revenue in different spaces, and wanting to sense check myself on how I approach the challenges I had as a commercial leader.When I came to the second ever cmrcial dinner, I didn't only find the above, but was also struck by Sophie's vision and the impactful format. I realised there was also an element of community and support I didn't know I needed.We hit it off, realised we share the same views and fortunately complement each other in skills to lead this community to growth that benefits our members. I couldn't be more excited for what this community can achieve.
